| | Reviews | NODA Review by Jean Beard This very popular rock opera needed no introduction to the full house on closing night when I attended. Strong, moving performances from Shaun Carvill as Jesus, Ed Hobday (Judas – best performance I have seen from Ed) and Steve Armstrong (John the Baptist) held the show very closely together with the support of company members playing the Disciples and Philosophers. A delightful childrens chorus and the warm, articulate singing of the Ladies and men's chorus kept the show alive right up to the sad moment of the crucifixion. This show could not fail to touch the innermost heart of the audience.
